Who can order
You must be 18 or over and provide accurate contact and delivery information. We currently accept delivery addresses in Great Britain, subject to the service restrictions shown at checkout. An account is optional.
Products, prices and availability
Product details, options and dimensions are shown on each product page. Images may appear differently on different screens. Check the named product and selected variant before ordering. Consumer prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is itemised before payment. A saved bag does not guarantee price or availability; we check both again at checkout.
Your order and payment
You can review and correct your contact details, delivery details and order before continuing to payment. A payment confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and payment. We accept your order and form the contract when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot accept your order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the affected goods and any applicable delivery charge. We do not substitute products without your agreement.
Delivery, cancellations and problems
