Where we deliver

Our launch delivery area is Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or overseas. Available services depend on your postcode.

Before you pay

Your full delivery charge is shown in the order total before payment. Check your address carefully; contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Once an order has entered fulfilment, changes may not be possible.

Following your order

We send a confirmation when payment is received and a dispatch update when your parcel leaves the fulfilment centre. Tracking appears in your order when the carrier makes it available. Delivery estimates are estimates unless a service explicitly states otherwise.

If something goes wrong

Contact us if your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged so we can investigate with the carrier. Your rights if an order is not delivered are unaffected.
